the artists themselves maintain our high standards!

this web site. Spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
You may indicate your preference by number. If your first choice is already
assigned, we will do our best to get you a site in the same area. However, there
is no guarantee and all committee decisions are final. It is very important that
you fill in the MEDIA on the application. We do not want to assign two
artists with the same MEDIA in adjacent or nearby sites. Our event takes
place in the natural setting under the trees in our Church gardens. Please note,
some spaces are listed as not suitable for a canopy and some of our terrain is
uneven. If you have a canopy, please indicate the height it requires so we can
take low branches into consideration. Trees have a way of growing year to year
from the roots up.
SUCCESSFUL LAST YEAR: Our Pastor, Father John, has challenged the Art Under the Oaks committee to include more art and crafts for the youth. (Being a kid at heart himself.) We will again have face painting, a puppet show, reptile exhibit and kid oriented booths. This will occur primarily in the area by the spaces numbered 154-158. We encourage any artisan or vendor that has youth related items to consider being in this area. Where the kids go, parents are sure to follow.

NO REFUNDS FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER OR OTHER ACTS OF GOD.
SET-UP: Set-up will be allowed on Friday January 15th from 12:00 to 6:00pm. However, no security
will be provided and overnight parking of any vehicle is prohibited. The access road will be locked at 10:00pm
Friday night and unlocked at 6:00am Saturday morning. Artists may arrive at 6:00am Saturday and MUST BE
COMPLETELY SET UP BY THE TIME THE SHOW OPENS AT 9:00am. Please locate your assigned space and check in
at the table by the front steps of the church before setting up. No vehicles will be able to enter the
exhibit area during show hours. Setting up will be each artist's responsibility. Dismantling of your exhibit
is not to begin before 4:00pm. Exhibitors must set up one foot away from concrete walkways to facilitate
traffic flow through the exhibit area.
